Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - London Luton

Wizz Air is hosting a Cabin Crew Recruitment Day in London Luton on April 11, 2025, at 09:00 AM sharp. The event will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott, Luton Airport, Airport Way, Luton LU2 9LF.

Wizz Air is seeking enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join its award-winning team as Flight Attendants/Cabin Crew. This is an invitation-only event, and invitations will be extended to selected candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with the company's organizational values. Selected candidates will receive invitations one week prior to the event. Non-selected candidates will receive information regarding future recruitment events.

Recruitment Day Information

Candidates should arrive on time and be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon. Candidates must bring their passport (British passport holders need only their passport) plus Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (if applicable), an updated English CV with an ID photo, and adhere to a business attire dress code. Candidates may join any recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for.

Cabin Crew Responsibilities

As a Wizz Air Flight Attendant, the candidate will:

• Focus on both safety and customer care.
• Perform on board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
• Welcome passengers and assist them during the flight.
• Act in accordance with Wizz Air's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Be part of a family of over 7,000 aviation enthusiasts.
• Receive a contract and be paid from day one of training.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Be aged 18 or over.
• Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Possess a minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
• Be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Have a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• Be able to swim.
• Have the right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
• Live or be ready to move within 90 minutes of your chosen base and be prepared to make this journey upon work schedule.
• Not have tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body visible when wearing a uniform.
• Be an enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people.
• Successful candidates will need to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
• Candidates with a glasses or contact lens prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
