Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - London Luton
Wizz Air is seeking enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join its award-winning team as Flight Attendants/Cabin Crew members. This is an invitation to attend a Recruitment Day in London Luton on March 12, 2025, at Percival House, 134 Percival Way, London Luton Airport Roundabout, Luton LU2 9NU, commencing promptly at 09:00 AM.
Due to limited capacity, attendance is by invitation only, extended to selected candidates based on qualifications and alignment with organizational values. Invitations will be sent one week prior to the event. Non-selected candidates will receive information regarding future recruitment opportunities.
Recruitment Day Information:
Candidates must meet the requirements outlined below to be considered. The recruitment process may extend into the late afternoon, so applicants should plan accordingly.
Required Documents:
- Passport (British Passport holders require only their passport).
- Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (if applicable).
- Updated English CV with ID photo.

Candidates may attend any recruitment event, regardless of the base for which they are applying.
Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant:
- Prioritize both passenger safety and customer care.
- Adhere to company policies while performing on-board and ground duties.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome passengers and provide assistance during flights.

- Receive a contract and salary from the first day of training.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Must possess a minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Must have a valid passport with at least six months validity.
- Must be able to swim.
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Must live or be prepared to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base.
- Must not have visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
- Must be enthusiastic and enjoy working with people.
- Successful candidates may need to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Candidates whose glasses or contact lens prescription is above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
