Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - London Luton

The airline is holding a Recruitment Day in London Luton on April 11, 2025, at 09:00 AM sharp. The location is Courtyard by Marriott, Luton Airport, Airport Way, Luton LU2 9LF.

Recruitment Day Information:

Applicants' compliance with the requirements listed below will be checked during the Recruitment Day. Candidates should arrive promptly and be prepared for a process that may last until late afternoon.

Required Documents:

• Passport (British Passport holders only require their passport).
• Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (if applicable).
• Updated English CV with ID photo.

Dress Code: Business Attire

Candidates may attend any recruitment event, regardless of the base they are applying for.

Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member:

• Prioritize both safety and customer care.
• Perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
• Welcome passengers and assist them during the flight.
• Act in accordance with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Become part of a large community of aviation enthusiasts.
• Training will be paid from day one.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Must possess a minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must have a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• Must be able to swim.
• Must have the right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
• Must live or be prepared to relocate within 90 minutes of their chosen base.
• Must not have visible tattoos or piercings that are visible when wearing the uniform.
• Must be enthusiastic and enjoy working with people.
• Successful candidates will need to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
• If wearing glasses or contact lenses, the prescription must be between +4 and -4 to pass the mandatory medical examination.
