Recruitment Events

Responsibilities

As a Flight Attendant, the individual will:

Prioritize both passenger safety and exceptional customer service.
Perform onboard and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
Manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions.
Greet passengers warmly and assist them throughout their flight.
Embody the company values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
Become an integral part of a team of over 5,000 aviation professionals.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Possess a valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining.
Have the unrestricted right to work in Bulgaria, demonstrated by either: an EU Passport or an EU Residence Card. Please note that other types of residency permits (e.g. work or student) are not accepted.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be able to reach a height of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
Possess a high school diploma.
Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
Be able to swim proficiently.
Reside or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of their chosen base, and be able to commute within this time frame per their work schedule.
Not have tattoos or piercings visible while wearing the company uniform.
Be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with people.
Note that applicants with a glasses or contact lens prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
