Pilot In Command - International
This is a full-time position based internationally, with potential for work in Fargo, ND, US. Requisition ID: 1406.
The Pilot In Command reports to the Director of Flight Operations. He is responsible for operating aircraft in specific weather conditions and assisting the Pilot in Command with maintaining all aspects of the aircraft and operations. Primary aircraft include the King Air C90 and B200.
Essential Job Functions:
- Operating aircraft during special mission operations.
- Assisting in performing maintenance on the aircraft or special missions' equipment.
- Replenishing seeding agents as required.
- Keeping the project meteorologists informed of new storm or cloud development during operations.
- Maintaining accurate flight records.
- Maintaining a clean, organized aircraft, office, and work area.
- Providing 24/7 weather watch as needed/requested.
- Providing positive public relations, maintaining a professional image, and promoting a team environment.
- Providing key personnel updates after operations.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1500+ hours of total flight time.
- Multi-Engine time preferred.
- Commercial/ME/Instrument rating required.
- Must possess a current First or Second Class Medical certificate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in fluent English.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and exercise tact and discretion.
- Willingness to relocate and travel internationally.
- Must possess a valid passport.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Frequently standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
