About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety and customer care onboard and on the ground, adhering to company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome and assist passengers throughout the flight.

- Contribute to a team of over 7,000 aviation professionals.
- Receive compensation and benefits from the first day of training.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- High school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and no limitations.
- Ability to swim.
- Legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status required).
- Residency or readiness to relocate within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- Enthusiastic and people-oriented.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Note: Spectacle or contact lens prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may impact passing the mandatory medical examination.
Recruitment Day Information
Candidates are required to register for the event. A pre-screening phone call will be conducted to assess suitability. Please arrive punctually, as the selection process may extend to the late afternoon. Required documents include a passport, relevant UK visa/status documentation (for British passport holders, the passport is sufficient), and an updated CV with an ID photo. Dress code is smart business attire with professional grooming. All candidates are welcome to attend regardless of the base they are applying for.
