Key Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Cabin Crew Member:

As a Wizz Air Cabin Crew member, individuals are expected to:

  • Prioritize both aviation safety and exceptional customer care onboard Wizz Air flights.
  • Execute all on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Efficiently manage in-flight sales and accurately handle cash transactions.
  • Extend a warm welcome to passengers and provide comprehensive assistance throughout their journey.
  • Operate in alignment with Wizz Air’s core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Become an integral part of a thriving community of over 5,000 passionate aviation enthusiasts.

Essential Requirements for Cabin Crew Applicants:

Prospective candidates must fulfill the following mandatory criteria:

  • Possess a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum of six months validity.
  • Hold the legal right to work in Montenegro without requiring employer sponsorship.
  • Be aged 18 years or over.
  • Demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Have successfully completed a high school degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Possess the ability to swim competently.
  • Reside within, or be prepared to relocate to an area within 60 minutes of the chosen base, prepared to make this journey according to the work schedule.
  • Have no tattoos and/or piercings visible when wearing the Wizz Air uniform.
  • Exhibit an enthusiastic personality and a genuine enjoyment for working with people.
  • Important medical note: Candidates whose optical prescription is above +4 or below -4 are advised that they may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
