Essential Requirements for Cabin Crew Applicants:
Prospective candidates must fulfill the following mandatory criteria:
- Possess a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum of six months validity.
- Hold the legal right to work in Montenegro without requiring employer sponsorship.
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Have successfully completed a high school degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Possess the ability to swim competently.
- Reside within, or be prepared to relocate to an area within 60 minutes of the chosen base, prepared to make this journey according to the work schedule.
- Have no tattoos and/or piercings visible when wearing the Wizz Air uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic personality and a genuine enjoyment for working with people.
- Important medical note: Candidates whose optical prescription is above +4 or below -4 are advised that they may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
