Key Responsibilities
A Wizz Air Cabin Crew Member is primarily responsible for ensuring both the safety and the outstanding customer care aspects of the flight experience. Key duties for this role include:
- Executing all on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with Company policies and aviation regulations.
- Managing in-flight sales and accurately handling cash transactions.
- Warmly welcoming passengers and providing comprehensive assistance throughout their journey.
- Acting as a dedicated brand ambassador, consistently embodying Wizz Air's core values.
- Contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment alongside more than 5,000 aviation professionals.
Candidate Requirements
Prospective candidates for the Cabin Crew Member position must meet the following essential criteria:
- Possession of a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum of six months' validity remaining.
- Legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. Accepted proofs include an EU Residence Card, an EU Passport, or a Ukrainian PESEL.
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Completion of a high school degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to swim.
- Residency within 60 minutes of the chosen base (Warsaw Modlin) or a demonstrated willingness to relocate and commute according to the work schedule.
- Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic and people-oriented personality.
Note: Other residence permits (e.g., Work, Student visas) are not accepted for this role.
Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may find it challenging to pass the mandatory medical examination.
