About the Role: Cabin Crew Responsibilities
As a valued member of the Cabin Crew, successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the utmost safety and comfort of passengers throughout their flight. Key duties include:
- Prioritizing passenger safety and delivering exceptional customer care.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures for both onboard and ground operations.
- Managing in-flight sales and handling transactions efficiently.
- Providing a welcoming and helpful experience for all passengers.

Essential Requirements for Aspiring Cabin Crew
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered:
- Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and no restrictions.
- Legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (e.g., EU Residence Card, EU Passport, Ukrainian passport holder with PESEL). Other residence permits (Work, Student) are not accepted.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to achieve an arm's reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Completion of a high school degree or equivalent.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the country of application.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to swim.
- Residency within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base or readiness to relocate, ensuring timely arrival for work schedules.
- Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- A genuinely enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
Please note: If the prescription for glasses or contact lenses exceeds +/- 4, it may impact the ability to pass the mandatory medical examination.
