Aspiring aviation professionals are invited to attend our dedicated recruitment day. This event is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the role and begin your journey with Wizz Air Malta. Candidates are welcome to attend this event regardless of their preferred Wizz Air Malta base. For recruitment at other Wizz Air network bases, please attend a local recruitment event.

Cabin Crew Responsibilities
As a Wizz Air flight attendant, your responsibilities will include:
- Prioritizing passenger safety and ensuring exceptional customer care.
- Performing onboard and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies.
- Managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions.
- Welcoming passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout the flight.
- Upholding company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Becoming an integral part of a vibrant family of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for a Cabin Crew position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school degree.
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English.
- Possess a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and no limitations, along with the legal right to work in the country of application.
- Be able to swim.
- Reside within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base or be willing to relocate, and be prepared to make this journey according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body that would be visible when wearing the uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic personality and a genuine enjoyment for working with people.
- Please note: If you wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4, you may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
