The Role of a Wizz Air Cabin Crew Member
As a valued member of the Wizz Air Cabin Crew, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the paramount safety of passengers during both on-board and ground operations. Key Responsibilities include:
- Prioritizing both safety protocols and superior customer care throughout all phases of flight.
- Performing all on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.
- Managing in-flight sales and accurately handling cash transactions.
- Warmly welcoming passengers and providing comprehensive assistance throughout their journey.
- Acting consistently in accordance with Wizz Air's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this exciting and challenging role, applicants must meet the following essential criteria:
- Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of six months validity, free from any limitations.
- Legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship, demonstrated by an EU Residence Card, an EU Passport, or Ukrainian citizenship with a PESEL number. (Please note: Other residence permits, such as Work or Student visas, are not accepted).
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- The ability to swim confidently.
- Residency within 60 minutes of the chosen base (Warsaw Chopin Airport) or a demonstrated willingness to relocate to facilitate this commute according to work schedules.
- Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for working with people.
- Important Medical Note: Candidates with a spectacle or contact lens prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 are advised that they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
