The Role of a Cabin Crew Member

As a Wizz Air Cabin Crew member, the primary focus is ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers while providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

Prioritising passenger safety and security in accordance with company policies and aviation regulations.
Delivering exceptional customer care throughout the flight experience.
Performing both onboard and ground duties efficiently and professionally.
Managing in-flight sales and handling transactions accurately.
Welcoming passengers warmly and assisting them during the flight.
Embodying the company values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
Collaborating closely with a large team of aviation enthusiasts.

Successful candidates will be contracted and receive payment from the first day of comprehensive training.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE results, or equivalent.
Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
Possess a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and no limitations.
Ability to swim.
Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
Reside, or be willing to relocate, within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base and be prepared to travel this distance according to the work schedule.
No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
Demonstrate enthusiasm and enjoy working with people.
Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
Please note that candidates with vision prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
