Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following essential criteria:

• Hold a valid EASA Frozen Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with current Instrument Rating (IR) and Multi-Engine (ME) endorsements.
• Possess a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Demonstrate a minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) of Level 4.
• Have accumulated a minimum of 200 factorized flight hours as per Vueling's standards.
• Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union, as visa sponsorship is not provided.

An Airbus A320 type rating is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided to successful applicants. However, preference will be given to candidates with significant flight experience or current operational experience on Airbus A320, A330, or A340 aircraft.

Please note that a Spanish-issued EASA license will be required prior to commencing the Operator Conversion Course.
