Candidate Qualifications
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English is required (minimum B2 level, subject to testing). Fluency in other languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, German, Algerian, or Greek is a significant advantage.
- Customer Service Excellence: A demonstrated ability to handle situations with calmness, empathy, and professionalism is crucial to maintaining our high standards of service.
- Documentation: Must hold a valid European passport to fly without restrictions within our network.
- Certification: A valid Cabin Crew Certification (Attestation) is preferred; however, company-provided training is available for exceptional candidates.
- Medical Fitness: Must be fit to pass the EASA medical examination.
- Background: A clean criminal record is a legal requirement.
- Physical Requirements: A minimum height of 157 cm (without shoes) is necessary to access safety equipment. Candidates must have the ability to swim 100 meters.
- Proximity: Must be able to live within a 60-minute commute of the assigned airport base to be available for standby duties.
- Professional Appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings are permitted.
