The ideal candidate will possess a valid EASA FCL ATPL and an unrestricted EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate. A minimum of 3000 factorized flight hours is required, including at least 500 flight hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the A320. Applicants must hold a current A320 type rating listed on their license and have a clean safety record with no history of accidents or incidents. A minimum ICAO Level 4 proficiency in English is essential, alongside a valid EU Passport.
