Volotea presents an exceptional opportunity for a Captain to join their team at the Lyon base on a local permanent contract. The selected candidate will have opportunities to contribute to the training department as GI, CRMI, VPTI, LSC, TRI, or TRE. The ideal candidate will hold a valid EASA FCL ATPL and an unrestricted EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate. They will possess a minimum of 3000 factorized flight hours, including at least 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command on the A320, and a current A320 type rating on their license. A clean accident/incident history is essential. Fluency in English, with a minimum ICAO Level 4 proficiency, is required, as is a valid EU Passport. The candidate must also demonstrate exceptional teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. They should be highly motivated and committed to the challenges of our operation and possess strong leadership and technical decision-making abilities.
