About the Role

The Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC) is responsible for executing assigned sUAV flight operations across the ConnexiCore "New England Region." The RPIC will serve as Remote Pilot in Command, Safety Pilot, and Visual Observer, ensuring all operations adhere to FAA rules and regulations while maintaining a safe and effective working environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Transmission and Distribution drone inspections.
• Execute Enterprise Service missions and activities as needed, including Facility Inspections, Construction Progress documentation, and Marketing Video production.
• Accurately complete pre-flight and post-flight operation logs.
• Maintain adherence to drone safety regulations and FAA guidelines at all times.
• Travel up to 20% of the time, as determined by project requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary & Schedule

The annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000, less required deductions. Compensation is paid twice monthly by direct deposit on the 15th and last day of each month.

Vacation & Benefits

The position offers two (2) weeks of paid annual vacation. Unused vacation days do not accrue cash value and cannot be carried over to the following year unless approved by the Company.

A group benefits plan is available for optional enrollment in accordance with the service provider's terms. This program provides medical, dental, and drug coverage options. Employees have the choice to enroll or decline participation in the Company's health insurance program. If enrolled, the Company will contribute seventy-five percent (75%) of the single premium for the plan.

Expenses

The Company will directly pay for, or reimburse, all reasonable expenses incurred by the RPIC in the performance of their duties, subject to the Company's expense reimbursement policies.
