Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC) - Full-Time, Remote Position
This is a full-time, remote position within ConnexiCore, offering the opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our New England operations. As a Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC), you will play a pivotal role in executing sUAV flight operations, adhering to strict safety standards and FAA regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned sUAV flight operations across ConnexiCore's "New England Region".
- Serve as Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC), Safety Pilot, and Visual Observer as required.
- Conduct Transmission and Distribution drone inspections.
- Participate in Enterprise Service missions, including Facility Inspections, Construction Progress documentation, and Marketing Video production.
- Maintain accurate and timely pre-flight and post-flight operation logs.
- Ensure strict adherence to drone safety protocols and FAA regulations.
- Travel up to 20% of the time, potentially more based on project requirements.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- An annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000, subject to applicable deductions.
- Bi-monthly salary payments via direct deposit on the 15th and last day of each month.
- Two (2) weeks of paid annual vacation.
- Company-sponsored group benefits plan, including optional medical, dental, and drug coverages.
- The Company will contribute 75% of your single premium for participation in the health insurance program, should you choose to enroll.
- Reimbursement for all reasonable and properly documented expenses incurred in fulfilling your duties and responsibilities, subject to the Company's expense reimbursement policies.
