About the Role
The Type Rating Instructor/Examiner will be responsible for delivering comprehensive pilot training, including type-rating and recurrent training, proficiency checks, skill tests, and base training. Key duties include assessing pilot performance against EASA standards and company procedures, providing detailed debriefings, and maintaining accurate training records. The role also involves participating in instructor and examiner standardisation activities and supporting broader operational training initiatives.
Requirements
- EASA ATPL(A)
- Valid CL30 type rating
- Current TRI certification on the relevant aircraft type (CL300/CL350/CL3500)
- Demonstrated ability to objectively assess pilot performance and deliver effective debriefings
- Strong proficiency in English communication
- Excellent leadership, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Capacity to work independently within a multinational operational environment
