Role Overview
Vista America is seeking a professional and safety-oriented First Officer to join their global aviation team. As a brand ambassador, the successful candidate will provide exceptional service to passengers while operating G-IV or G450 aircraft. This position reports directly to the Flight Operations Manager and offers significant opportunities for career advancement, including transitions to larger aircraft and leadership roles.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Pay:
$98,100 annually for G-IV/G450.

Additional Incentives:
Includes extra day pay, total flight hour incentives, paid training days, and retention bonuses at 3, 6, and 9 years.

Per Diem:
$75 domestic / $120 international per day.

Vacation:
Choice of vacation time or a $10,000 in-lieu-of-vacation bonus.

Minimum Requirements

Certifications:
ATP Certificate and current First Class Medical Certificate.

Experience:
2,000 hours total fixed-wing time, 750 hours PIC, 250 hours multi-engine, and verified jet experience.

Aircraft Type:
G-IV or G450 type rating preferred.

Recent Flight Time:
Minimum 150 hours in the previous 365 days and 30 hours in the previous 90 days.

Professional Standards:
No more than two checkride failures; no accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last five years.

Compliance:
Must meet ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 requirements; hold authorization to work in the United States; and possess the ability to travel to all serviced cities/countries without restriction.
