Job Profile
Vista America is seeking experienced pilots to join its team as First Officers. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to passengers, acting as a brand ambassador, and contributing to a global team environment. The First Officer will report to the Flight Operations Manager and has opportunities for career growth within the company.
Compensation and Benefits

Year 1 guaranteed base pay: G-IV/ G450 - $98,100

Additional compensation includes extra day pay, total flight hour incentives, paid training days, and retention bonuses after 3, 6, and 9 years of service.

Per diem rates: $75/$120 per day (domestic/International).

Choice of vacation time (in addition to 15/13 schedule) or an in-lieu of vacation bonus of $10,000.

Minimum Qualifications
G-IV/G450 Minimums:
-
ATP Certificate
-
Typed in aircraft (preferred)
-
2,000 hours fixed-wing time
-
750 hours PIC
-
250 hours multi-engine
-
Jet experience (required)
Pilot Requirements:
-
Current First Class Medical Certificate
-
No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions in the last 5 years

Meets ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 requirements for aircraft with more than one pilot engaged in international commercial air transport operations

Authorization to work in the United States

Authorization to travel to/from all cities/countries served without restrictions

150 hours flight time in the previous 365 days / 30 hours in the previous 90 days
