First Officer - Managed Aircraft G550 (KBDR Based)
Job Overview
Vista America is seeking an experienced First Officer for a G550 managed aircraft, based at Bridgeport Sikorsky Memorial Airport (KBDR). This permanent, full-time position offers a combination of Part 91 and Part 135 flying. The First Officer will report to the Flight Operations Manager and will be a key member of the flight deck team, embodying excellence and providing exceptional service to passengers.
Responsibilities
- Operate as Second in Command (SIC) on a G550 aircraft.
- Provide iconic, luxury service to passengers.
- Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Vista America.
- Problem-solve effectively and assist team members.
Qualifications
- ATP rated.
- Gulfstream type rating (preferred).
- Minimum 2,500 hours of fixed-wing flight time.
- Minimum 1,500 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
- Minimum 150 hours logged Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) time.
- Minimum 250 turbine hours.
- Jet experience required.
- Part 91/135 experience required.
- Minimum 150 hours flight time within the previous 365 days.
- Minimum 30 hours flight time within the previous 90 days.
- Current First Class Medical Certificate.
- No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions in the last 5 years.
- Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 pertaining to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
- Authorization to travel to/from all cities/countries served by Vista's Family of Companies.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits
- Total compensation range: $140,000 - $200,000.
