The Opportunity: First Officer, G-450

Vista America is actively seeking highly skilled and experienced pilots to join its elite Flight Deck team as a First Officer for the Gulfstream G-450 aircraft. The successful candidate will report directly to the Flight Operations Manager.

Compensation Highlights:

  • Year 1 Guaranteed Base Pay: For Gulfstream G-450 First Officers, a guaranteed base pay of $98,100.

  • Retention Bonus: Rewarding loyalty with bonuses after 3, 6, and 9 years of service.
  • Per Diem: Generous per diem rates of $75 per day (domestic) and $120 per day (international).

Minimum Qualifications (Gulfstream G-450)

  • Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
  • Type rating in the Gulfstream G-450 (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2,000 hours total fixed-wing flight time.
  • Minimum of 750 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
  • Minimum of 250 hours multi-engine flight time.
  • Demonstrated jet aircraft experience (required).

General Pilot Requirements

  • Possession of a current First Class Medical Certificate.
  • A clean safety record: no accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last 5 years.
  • Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 pertaining to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Authorization to travel to and from all cities and countries served without restrictions.
  • A minimum of 150 hours flight time in the previous 365 days, with at least 30 hours in the previous 90 days.
