Vista America is seeking a professional and dedicated Captain to operate G-IV and G450 aircraft. Compensation and Benefits

  • Year 1 Guaranteed Base Pay: $190,000
  • Performance Incentives: Extra day pay, total flight hour incentives, and paid training days.

  • Per Diem: $75 (domestic) / $120 (international) per day.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Qualifications (G-IV)

  • ATP Rated.
  • Gulfstream type rating (preferred).
  • 4,000 hours of fixed-wing flight time.
  • 3,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
  • 2,000 hours multi-engine time.
  • 1,000 hours turbine time.
  • 300 hours logged IFR.

General Pilot Requirements

  • Current First Class Medical Certificate.
  • No more than two checkride failures.
  • Clean safety record: No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last 5 years.
  • Must meet ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 requirements for international commercial air transport operations.
  • 150 hours of flight time in the previous 365 days and 30 hours in the previous 90 days.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and capacity to travel to all served international destinations.
