Cabin Crew Planner

Job Profile:
The Cabin Crew Planner is responsible for creating and publishing crew rosters in accordance with the operator’s rostering policies. This role ensures all aspects of the policy are respected. The Cabin Crew Planner also creates and publishes crew training rosters, records travel/hotel requirements, and provides the crew scheduling team with required line check reports to action in accordance with training requirements. The incumbent will also provide monthly reports to the operator on all training expiries and active crew ratio for resource planning purposes. Additional tasks may be assigned by the Senior Crew Planner or the Director of Crew Planning.
Responsibilities:
- Create and publish rosters in accordance with the operator’s rostering policies.
- Create and publish crew training rosters in accordance with the operator’s training and rostering policies, recording travel/hotel requirements.
- Provide the operator’s crew scheduling team a required line check report to action in accordance with training requirements.
- Provide monthly reports to the operator on all training expiries.
- Provide monthly reports on active crew ratio to the operator for resource planning.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Senior Crew Planner or the Director of Crew Planning.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Experienced Crew Planner committed to maintaining outstanding levels of customer service, remaining dynamic and flexible under pressure.
- Highly determined, a quick learner, and able to adopt a lateral approach to problem solving.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Keen to work collaboratively with teammates and able to work independently when required.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office and other data processing applications; experience with Crew Planning Software is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of legal requirements is beneficial.
