Pilot Compensation and Benefits:

Year 1 Guaranteed Base Pay: G-IV - $190,000
Additional compensation for extra days worked.
Incentives based on total flight hours.
Paid training days.
Retention bonuses awarded after 3, 6, and 9 years of service.
Per Diem rates: $75 per day (domestic) / $120 per day (international).
Choice of vacation time (in addition to a 15/13 schedule) or a $10,000 in-lieu of vacation bonus.

G-IV Minimum Requirements:

ATP Rated.
Type rating in Gulfstream aircraft (any variant preferred).
Minimum 4,000 hours of fixed-wing flight time.
Minimum 3,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
Minimum 2,000 hours of multi-engine flight time.
Minimum 1,000 hours of turbine flight time.
Minimum 300 hours logged under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR).

General Pilot Requirements:

Current First Class Medical Certificate.
No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the past 5 years.
Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 pertaining to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Authorization to travel to and from all designated cities and countries.
Minimum 150 flight hours within the preceding 365 days and 30 hours within the preceding 90 days.
