Pilot Compensation and Benefits:
- Year 1 Guaranteed Base Pay: G-IV - $190,000
- Additional compensation for extra days worked.
- Incentives based on total flight hours.

- Per Diem rates: $75 per day (domestic) / $120 per day (international).
- Choice of vacation time (in addition to a 15/13 schedule) or a $10,000 in-lieu of vacation bonus.

G-IV Minimum Requirements:
- ATP Rated.
- Type rating in Gulfstream aircraft (any variant preferred).
- Minimum 4,000 hours of fixed-wing flight time.
- Minimum 3,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
- Minimum 2,000 hours of multi-engine flight time.
- Minimum 1,000 hours of turbine flight time.
- Minimum 300 hours logged under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR).
General Pilot Requirements:
- Current First Class Medical Certificate.
- No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the past 5 years.
- Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 pertaining to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Authorization to travel to and from all designated cities and countries.
- Minimum 150 flight hours within the preceding 365 days and 30 hours within the preceding 90 days.
