Competitive Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed Year 1 Base Pay: For Challenger 300 First Officers, a base of $93,100.

Minimum Qualifications (Challenger 300/350 First Officer):
- Possession of an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Type rating in Challenger 300/350 aircraft is preferred, but not strictly required.
- A minimum of 2,000 hours of fixed-wing flight time.
- At least 750 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
- A minimum of 250 hours of multi-engine flight time.
- Prior jet experience is preferred.
Additional Pilot Requirements:
- A current First Class Medical Certificate.
- A clear record: No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last 5 years.
- Compliance with ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 requirements for aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Unrestricted authorization to travel to and from all cities and countries served by Vista America.
- A minimum of 150 hours flight time in the previous 365 days, with at least 30 hours in the previous 90 days.
