Compensation and Benefits Package

Financial Incentives

  • Guaranteed Year 1 Base Pay for Challenger 300 Pilots: $93,100
  • Additional extra day pay

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Challenger 300 (CL30) Minimum Flight Time

  • Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate is mandatory
  • 2,000 hours of total fixed-wing flight time
  • 750 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time
  • 250 hours of multi-engine time
  • Type rating in the Challenger 300 aircraft is preferred, but not required
  • Jet experience is preferred

Pilot Requirements

  • Must hold a current First Class Medical Certificate
  • No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last five years
  • Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 pertaining to international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot
  • Must possess authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be authorized to travel to and from all cities and countries served without restriction
  • Requires 150 hours of flight time in the previous 365 days, with a minimum of 30 hours in the previous 90 days
