Financial Incentives
Guaranteed Year 1 Base Pay for Challenger 300 Pilots: $93,100
Additional extra day pay

Per Diem: $75 per day (Domestic) / $120 per day (International)
Choice of annual vacation time (in addition to the 15/13 schedule) or an in-lieu of vacation bonus of $10,000

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Challenger 300 (CL30) Minimum Flight Time
Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate is mandatory
2,000 hours of total fixed-wing flight time
750 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time
250 hours of multi-engine time
Type rating in the Challenger 300 aircraft is preferred, but not required
Jet experience is preferred
Pilot Requirements
Must hold a current First Class Medical Certificate
No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last five years
Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 pertaining to international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot
Must possess authorization to work in the United States
Must be authorized to travel to and from all cities and countries served without restriction
Requires 150 hours of flight time in the previous 365 days, with a minimum of 30 hours in the previous 90 days
