Job Summary
Vista America is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated First Officer (SIC) for its Managed Aircraft program, specifically for the Challenger 300 (CL30) fleet, based in Boca Raton (KBCT). This full-time, permanent position offers an remarkable opportunity for an experienced pilot to join a global team committed to pushing the boundaries of service and excellence. The successful candidate will operate under a combination of Part 91 and Part 135 regulations, serving as a pivotal brand ambassador who consistently provides iconic, luxury service to passengers. Key Responsibilities
- Serving as Second in Command (SIC) on Challenger 300 (CL30) aircraft, operating under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations.
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and passenger comfort.
- Acting as a primary brand ambassador for Vista America, delivering exceptional service and maintaining the company's reputation for luxury aviation.
- Collaborating effectively with the flight crew and ground support to ensure seamless flight operations.
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to provide assistance as needed.
Pilot Requirements & Qualifications
Candidates for this First Officer position must meet the following stringent criteria:
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Challenger 300 (CL30) type rating is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2,500 hours total fixed-wing flight time.
- Minimum of 1,500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
- Minimum of 150 hours logged Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) time.
- Minimum of 250 hours turbine aircraft time.
- Proven jet aircraft experience.
- Extensive experience in Part 91 and Part 135 operations.
- Minimum of 150 hours flight time within the last 365 days, with at least 30 hours in the previous 90 days.
- Possession of a current First Class Medical Certificate.
- Clean record with no accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last five (5) years.
- Compliance with ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 requirements for multi-pilot international commercial air transport operations.
- Authorization to travel to and from all cities/countries served by the Vista Family of Companies.
- Authorization to work legally in the United States.
