Pilot Compensation and Benefits

• Year 1 guaranteed base pay for CL30: $180,000
• Additional compensation includes: extra day pay, total flight hour incentives, paid training days.
• Retention bonus after 3, 6, and 9 years of service.
• Per diem: $75/$120 per day (domestic/International).
• Choice of vacation time (in addition to 15/13 schedule) or a $10,000 in-lieu of vacation bonus.

CL30 Minimum Qualifications

• ATP Rated.
• Typed in Challenger (any variant).
• 3,000 hours fixed-wing time.
• 1,500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC).
• 1,500 hours multi-engine time.
• 1,000 hours turbine time.
• 300 hours logged Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) time.

General Pilot Requirements

• Current First Class Medical Certificate.
• No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last 5 years.
• Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 pertaining to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Authorization to travel to/from all cities and countries served.
• 150 hours flight time in the previous 365 days and 30 hours in the previous 90 days.
