Financial Incentives
- Guaranteed Base Pay: A competitive Year 1 guaranteed base salary, starting at $180,000 for CL300/350 pilots.
- Additional Earnings: Generous extra day pay, total flight hour incentives, and compensation for all paid training days.
- Retention Bonuses: Significant retention bonuses awarded after 3, 6, and 9 years of dedicated service.
- Per Diem: A per diem allowance of $75 per domestic day and $120 per international day.
- Vacation Flexibility: Choice of dedicated vacation time (in addition to the 15/13 schedule) or an in-lieu-of-vacation bonus of $10,000.

Minimum Qualifications (Challenger 300/350)
Prospective Captains for the Challenger 300/350 fleet are required to meet the following stringent professional qualifications:
- Air Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Type Rating in a Challenger aircraft (any variant is acceptable).
- Minimum 3,000 hours of total fixed-wing flight time.
- Minimum 1,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
- Minimum 1,500 hours multi-engine flight time.
- Minimum 1,000 hours turbine flight time.
- Minimum 300 hours of logged Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) time.
Additional Pilot Requirements
All candidates must also fulfill the following operational and legal criteria:
- Possession of a current First Class Medical Certificate.
- A clean safety record, free of accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last five years.
- Compliance with ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 requirements as they pertain to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States.
- Authorization to travel to and from all cities and countries served by Vista America.
- A minimum of 150 hours of flight time in the previous 365 days and 30 hours in the previous 90 days.
