Job Summary
Vista America is seeking a professional and service-oriented First Officer to join their global aviation team. Reporting to the Flight Operations Manager, the successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, providing iconic luxury service to passengers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. Compensation and Benefits

Year 1 Guaranteed Base Pay (Global 5000/6000): $98,100

Additional incentives: Extra day pay, total flight hour incentives, and paid training days.

Retention bonuses awarded after 3, 6, and 9 years of service.

Per diem rates: $75 (Domestic) / $120 (International).

Vacation flexibility: Choice of vacation time or a $10,000 in-lieu-of-vacation bonus.

Stable 15/13 schedule, planned 12 months in advance.

Minimum Qualifications
-
ATP Certificate.
-
2,000 hours total fixed-wing flight time.

750 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
-
250 hours multi-engine time.

Jet experience is required.

Type rating in the aircraft is preferred but not required.
Pilot Requirements

Current First Class Medical Certificate.

Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to travel internationally without restriction.

No more than two checkride failures.
-
No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last five years.

Compliance with ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 for international commercial air transport operations.

Currency requirements: 150 hours of flight time in the previous 365 days and 30 hours in the previous 90 days.
