Vista America | Captain

Vista America is seeking experienced Captains for a permanent, full-time position based in the United States. This role offers O-1 visa sponsorship for eligible candidates and features a 15/13 roster with a guaranteed first-year base salary of USD 195,000.

About the Role

Vista America is recruiting home-based Captains to operate within their business aviation fleet. The successful Captain will report to the Flight Operations Manager, ensuring safe flight operations and exceptional passenger service. This position is based in the United States, with O-1 visa support available for qualified applicants.

Requirements

• FAA ATP certificate.
• PIC jet type rating.
• A minimum of 3,000 fixed-wing flight hours.
• A minimum of 1,500 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours.
• A minimum of 1,500 multi-engine hours.
• A minimum of 1,000 turbine hours.
• A minimum of 300 hours of logged Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) experience.
• Current FAA first-class medical certificate.
• No reported accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the preceding five years.
• Compliance with applicable ICAO Annex 1, section 2.1.10 requirements for international multi-pilot operations.
• The ability to travel to all destinations served by the operator.
• Recent flight experience: 150 flight hours within the preceding 365 days and 30 flight hours within the preceding 90 days.
• U.S. work authorization is required; Vista America provides O-1 visa support.
