Vista America | Captain

Vista America is seeking experienced Captains for their business aviation operations in the United States. This permanent, full-time role offers a 15/13 roster and guaranteed first-year base pay of $195,000 USD. E-3 visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

About the Role

The Captain will operate as Pilot in Command (PIC) for Vista America's business aviation fleet, reporting to the Flight Operations Manager. Key responsibilities include ensuring safe flight operations and providing exceptional passenger service. This position requires the ability to travel to destinations served by the operator and offers the advantage of home-basing within the United States.

Requirements

• FAA ATP certificate.
• PIC jet type rating.
• A minimum of 3,000 fixed-wing flight hours.
• A minimum of 1,500 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours.
• A minimum of 1,500 multi-engine hours.
• A minimum of 1,000 turbine hours.
• At least 300 hours of logged Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) experience.
• Current FAA first-class medical certificate.
• No reported accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the preceding five years.
• Compliance with applicable ICAO Annex 1, section 2.1.10 requirements for international multi-pilot operations.
• Recent flight experience: 150 flight hours within the preceding 365 days and 30 flight hours within the preceding 90 days.
• U.S. work authorization is required; Vista America provides E-3 visa support for eligible applicants.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bombardier PIC type rating.
