Captain - Vista America

As a pilot with Vista's affiliated partners, the candidate will benefit from a competitive compensation and benefits package. This includes a guaranteed first-year base pay for Citation XL up to $140,000, plus additional compensation for extra days, total flight hour incentives, paid training days, and retention bonuses awarded after 3, 6 and 9 years of service. Per diem is offered at $75/$120 per day (domestic/international), and a choice of vacation time or a $10,000 in-lieu of vacation bonus is provided in addition to a 15/13 schedule.
This position also offers a high quality of life, including home basing, a stable 15/13 schedule set 12 months in advance, training scheduled 6 months in advance, and progression through the Vista fleet while maintaining seniority. Pilots have 24/7/365 access to pilot leadership, a dedicated operational control center for support, a robust safety management system, a fatigue management program, and comprehensive training opportunities including simulator, UPRT, CRM, and customer service. Additional benefits include mobile maintenance teams, an aircraft refurbishment program, hotel and travel points, positive space seats on travel days, premium health, dental, and vision programs, and company-provided phone, credit card, and uniform. There is also a 401K program with company match and no vesting period.
Minimum Qualifications for Citation XL:
- ATP Rating
- Type rating in the aircraft (preferred, but not required)
- 2,500 hours fixed-wing flight time
- 1,500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time
- 1,000 hours multi-engine time
- 1,000 hours turbine time
- 150 hours logged IFR time
Pilot Requirements:
- Current First Class Medical Certificate
- No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions in the last 5 years
- Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 for international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
- Authorization to travel to/from all cities/countries served by the Vista family of companies.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- 150 hours flight time in previous 365 days and 30 hours in previous 90 days.
