Manages the accurate and timely dissemination of training schedules to the crew rostering section, cabin crew trainees, and instructors.
Prepares and ensures the optimal availability of all training rooms, necessary materials, and facilities essential for effective training activities.
Monitors and updates training activities to strictly align with the predefined training plan, promptly notifying rostering, trainees, and instructors of any schedule modifications.
Collaborates directly with the Training Manager to uphold and enhance the quality and standards of all aviation training programs.
Designs and implements robust feedback mechanisms for staff, generating insightful recommendations for continuous improvement and integration into existing training programs.
Engages actively with instructors to ensure the consistent, high-quality delivery of all training content.
Maintains close communication with training staff, providing valuable insights and analyses on the overall program's effectiveness and areas for enhancement.
Amends and revises training manuals and programs as required, ensuring strict conformity with company policy and all relevant aviation authority requirements and regulations.
Verifies all training plans developed by training specialists, ensuring full compliance with training manuals and adherence to regulatory authority requirements.
Assures that all training and checks are conducted exclusively by qualified instructors and examiners who possess the requisite approvals from the relevant aviation authorities.
Ensures the sole use of approved, suitable, and adequate training devices and equipment for all training purposes.
Verifies that all operations personnel receive comprehensive and adequate training to proficiently perform their assigned duties.
Guarantees the availability and optimal functionality of all equipment essential for training sessions.
Maintains accurate and current training data across all relevant information systems.
Participates in both internal and external audits pertaining to the training department.
Drives the implementation of all necessary corrective actions stemming from quality audits within the designated area of responsibility.
Liaises effectively with relevant internal sections regarding critical training issues and material requirements.
Summarizes and verifies the budget allocations and expenditures for the training department.
Attends annual training standards meetings, meticulously summarizing minutes for broad internal dissemination to all concerned parties.
Ensures the sufficiency of qualified instructors and examiners to meet training demands.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of three (3) years of progressive work experience within the training department of a commercial airline.
A minimum TOEIC score of 650.
Demonstrated proficiency with aviation regulatory documents, including Cabin Crew Training Manuals, Operation Manuals, AOCR, and Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) announcements and regulations.
Comprehensive understanding of airline industry operations and company-specific characteristics.
Exceptional English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
