AIRLINE is seeking experienced Cabin Crew members for flexible placement, with recruitment commencing in November 2026. This opportunity involves a structured online interview process, document screening, and subsequent training, for individuals seeking to join a leading aviation operator.

About the Role

This role focuses on the recruitment and onboarding of Cabin Crew members. Successful candidates will undergo a series of assessments, including document screening, an online interview requiring formal attire, and a grooming and Body Mass Index (BMI) check. Selected individuals will then complete an Airline Operations Course (AOC) training, subject to training-bond and training-fee agreements.

Requirements

• Open to all nationalities.
• Minimum education: High school diploma.
• Age limits: 31 years for female applicants, 35 years for male applicants.
• Minimum flight hours: 300 total flight hours.
• Height requirements: Minimum 160 cm barefoot for female applicants, minimum 170 cm barefoot for male applicants.
• BMI requirements: Between 18.5 and 22 for female applicants, between 20 and 24 for male applicants.
• English language proficiency: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a valid English certificate (TOEIC 500+ or equivalent, such as IELTS 4.0, TOEFL iBT 52, or a university degree majoring in English). The certificate must be provided within six months of issuance.
• Medical and qualification certificates must be valid for at least two months at the time of recruitment. Applicants must be medically fit for cabin crew duties.
• Grooming policy: No visible tattoos or scars while wearing the uniform; covering them with makeup or plaster is prohibited.
• Documentation: Applicants must submit original documents for verification, including a valid identity card or passport, education credentials, English certification, airline employee ID card, valid CAAV or other civil aviation authority licence, medical and qualification certificates, total flight-hour records, and the most recent flight record.
• Post-selection: Completion of AOC training and signing of training-bond and training-fee agreements are mandatory.
