About the Role

The role of Cabin Crew at Vietjet Air involves ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive selection process that includes document screening, an online interview, and a grooming and BMI assessment. Upon selection, candidates will participate in required AOC training and enter into training agreements.

Requirements

• Open to all nationalities.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Age limit: 31 years for female applicants, 35 years for male applicants.
• Minimum 300 total flight hours.
• Gender-specific height requirements:
  • Female: Minimum 160 cm barefoot.
  • Male: Minimum 170 cm barefoot.
• Gender-specific BMI requirements:
  • Female: Between 18.5 and 22.
  • Male: Between 20 and 24.
• English proficiency demonstrated by:
  • TOEIC 500+ or equivalent.
  • IELTS 4.0 or equivalent.
  • TOEFL iBT 52 or equivalent.
  • University degree majoring in English.
• English certificate valid for at least six months.
• Medical and qualification certificates valid for at least two months at the time of recruitment.
• Must be medically fit to meet cabin crew standards.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• No visible tattoos or scars when wearing the Vietjet cabin crew uniform; covering with makeup or plasters is prohibited.
