About the Role

AIRLINE is recruiting cabin crew through an Initial Cabin Crew Career Day in Ha Noi on 17 October 2026. This recruitment drive aims to fill 100 positions, offering both fixed-base (DAD, CXR) and flexible-base (SGN, HAN) working locations. The selection process involves multiple stages, including document verification, AI grooming and interview checks, height and BMI screening, a catwalk, a group talent show, and a final panel interview. Successful candidates will undergo initial cabin crew training at the Victoria Aviation Academy, with accommodation provided.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Minimum height: 160 cm
• No visible tattoos or scars while wearing the uniform; covering them with makeup or plaster is prohibited.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience: 0 years
• English proficiency: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid English language test scores or equivalent: TOEIC 500 or higher, IELTS 4.0 or higher, TOEFL iBT 40 or higher, TOEFL ITP 450 or higher, or a university degree in English.
