The Aviation Cabin Crew Management Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting management by assessing cabin crew requirements, including grooming standards and specialized knowledge. This position is instrumental in estimating team welfare benefits and providing recommendations to relevant department heads. The specialist will contribute to the research and development of organizational models, defining the functions and duties of each unit, and establishing internal working processes aligned with decentralized administration and execution.
Key responsibilities include facilitating the monitoring of trainee performance within groups and proposing suitable professional skills development plans for each cabin crew member. The specialist will actively participate in cabin crew assessment processes, attend evaluation meetings, and contribute to rewarding and disciplining cabin crew members under the management of their respective groups. This includes reviewing flight reports for submission to appropriate division heads.
Furthermore, the role involves summarizing and tracking commendations and disciplinary actions for cabin crew within their respective groups. The Aviation Cabin Crew Management Specialist will provide comprehensive support to the CCC in all operational activities, offering input and proposing solutions for emergent issues encountered by the CCD.
The specialist will participate in the establishment and direction of internal management rules, regulations, safety procedures, and other cabin crew protocols. This ensures adherence to company-wide provisions and contributes to achieving optimal performance. The position also entails monitoring, evaluating, and proposing solutions to enhance cabin crew support processes, including ensuring compliance with standards and the provision of necessary equipment.
Responsibilities extend to summarizing cabin crew personal information and submitting it to CCD leaders, along with any emerging issues requiring resolution. The specialist is expected to prepare periodic or unscheduled reports as dictated by their functions and tasks and will be responsible for conducting bi-annual cabin crew appraisals for each team.
The Aviation Cabin Crew Management Specialist will execute duties as requested by division heads and the CCC, and perform other tasks assigned by the CCC.
Education: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required.
Experience: Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of experience in customer service. Proven experience in leading workgroups and achieving high performance is essential.
Language Proficiency: Strong English language skills are necessary, demonstrated by a TOEIC score of 700 or equivalent, or a degree in English Language.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email, is required.
Soft Skills: Essential soft skills are needed to establish and implement practices that align with corporate policies, legal standards, and service requirements. Strong leadership capabilities are a prerequisite for this role.
