Cabin Crew Standards and Compliance Officer
Job Summary
The Cabin Crew Standards and Compliance Officer plays a critical role in upholding the highest operational and training standards for all cabin crew members. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring adherence to company policies, national, and international aviation regulations, ensuring consistency, safety, and excellence across all flight and training activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishes and promulgates comprehensive operational and training standards that all Cabin Crew personnel must comply with during flight and training activities.
- Meticulously records and analyzes any deviations from established company standards, initiating timely corrective actions and necessary adjustments to prevent undesirable trends and enhance operational safety.
- Proactively monitors and ensures the accuracy, standardization, and timely amendment of all operational manuals, related documentation, policies, and procedures to reflect current regulations and best practices.
- Oversees the development of robust standards and procedures designed to meet departmental and third-party needs, always ensuring full compliance with national and international aviation regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Facilitates a dynamic forum for researching, evaluating, and implementing innovative suggestions aimed at promoting continuous standard development and operational improvements.
- Undertakes additional assignments as directed by direct management.
Qualifications
Education
- A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
Experience
- A minimum of three years of flying experience within an aviation capacity is essential.
- Proven experience in leading and achieving results through large workgroups is highly advantageous.
Language Skills
- Excellent proficiency in English is required, demonstrated by a TOEIC score of minimum 700 or an equivalent internationally recognized certificate (e.g., IELTS/TOEFL). Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with an English major will satisfy this requirement.
Essential Competencies and Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of airline operations, including Cabin Crew Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Aviation Management principles, Line Operations Safety Audits (LOSA), and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- Prior experience in a customer service-focused role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Exceptional soft skills, including the ability to effectively create, implement, and communicate standard practices in line with corporate policies, legal regulations, and service excellence.
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities.
