Ventura Air Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Second-in-Command (SIC) for a Citation XL, as the company expands its growing fleet. This is an immediate opening.

This home-based position allows crew members to reside within two hours of an airport in the contiguous United States. Schedule options include 8/6 and 15/13, with travel days included in the rotation. The company offers a pay scale with annual raises, company credit cards for travel expenses, and per diem of $65 for domestic and $95 for international travel. The starting base compensation is $90,000.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong record of safety, stability, and experience in both domestic and international operations. He or she will be career-driven, dependable, and demonstrate superior customer service with excellent communication skills. A solid employment background and strong work ethic are essential. Preference may be given to candidates with experience flying other Citation variants and those with a strong Part 135 background. Ventura Air Services seeks long-term pilots who aspire to upgrade and grow with the company.

Requirements:

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate
• FAA 1st Class Medical
• 1,500 hours total flight time
• 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time
• International experience (preferred)
• Must be able to travel internationally without restriction
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• Initial/recurrent in type within previous 36 months (preferred)
