Job Summary

The Aerial Pilot is responsible for conducting aerial missions while ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct aerial missions as required and act as a liaison between customers, the Chief Pilot, and Assistant Chief Pilot.
  • Perform thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections of aircraft.
  • Report all aircraft squawks to the Chief Pilot and/or Director of Maintenance in a timely manner.
  • Execute loading and unloading of aircraft.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all flight data in accordance with FARs, as well as state and local requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations, company flight operations, and OSHA/Hazmat safety requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy work environment and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Hold and maintain aerial licenses in all states where missions are flown and maintain a valid second-class medical certificate.
  • Participate in all company-required in-house functions.

Requirements

  • FAA Commercial pilot certificate.
  • Flight instructor ratings with Instrument and Multi-engine land.
  • Total flight time: 300/1000 hours.
  • Multi-engine time: 100/350 hours.
  • Minimum of 25 hours flown within the last 12 calendar months.
  • Part 137 work experience: 100/300 hours.
  • Minimum of one season (April–November) served as an Intern Pilot.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive willingness to learn.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record search.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all mandatory federal, state, and local licenses/certificates.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background screen and drug test.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with some weekends as required.
