Holds at least a Commercial Pilot Certificate with an Instrument and Multi-Engine Rating
Possesses a First-Class FAA Medical Certificate. Note: The Medical Certificate may lapse to a Second Class for Contract Pilots ONLY.
Assists the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in the safe and efficient conduct of the flight
Maintains a working knowledge of the duties and responsibilities of the Pilot-in-Command (PIC)
Assumes Pilot-in-Command (PIC) duties, including control of the flight, in the event of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) incapacitation.
