Responsibilities

Assists the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in the safe and efficient conduct of the flight.

Maintains a working knowledge of the duties and responsibilities of the Pilot-in-Command (PIC).

Assumes Pilot-in-Command (PIC) duties, including control of the flight, in the event of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) incapacitation.
Qualifications

Must hold at least a Commercial Pilot Certificate with an Instrument and Multi-Engine Rating.

Must possess a First-Class FAA Medical Certificate. (Note: The Medical Certificate may lapse to a Second Class for Contract Pilots ONLY.)
