Position Overview
The Aviation Maintenance Instructor is responsible for shaping the skills and knowledge of students through interactive, hands-on learning. The successful candidate will guide students in understanding complex aircraft systems and components, preparing them for successful careers within the aviation industry.

Create an engaging, inclusive learning environment that fosters a passion for aviation maintenance.

Provide practical demonstrations and instruction on diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing aircraft systems.

Qualifications

Education:
High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of practical work experience in the aviation maintenance field.

Certifications:
FAA A&P license is highly valued; assistance provided to obtain or update credentials if necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Rate:
$36.00 - $42.00 per hour.

Weekends off.
