Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-caliber simulator and line training, strictly adhering to EASA and company-mandated standards.
  • Provide expert coaching and mentorship to pilots across all stages of their training and operational flying careers.
  • Collaborate with and support the broader training team, contributing to effective training delivery and standardization initiatives.
  • Actively participate in the refinement of training programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within a dynamic, forward-thinking airline.
  • Uphold and enhance Universal Air's robust safety culture through constructive feedback and proactive engagement with the Safety Management System (SMS).

Qualifications and Experience

  • Current EASA TRI (DHC-8-400) qualification.
  • Valid EASA ATPL with a DHC8 Type Rating.
  • Minimum of 2500+ total flight hours.
  • Minimum of 1000+ Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours.
  • Demonstrated recent experience in line or simulator training.
  • Comprehensive understanding of EASA Air Operations (Air OPS) and Part-FCL regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
  • A genuine passion for developing aviation talent and upholding the highest professional standards.
