Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-caliber simulator and line training, strictly adhering to EASA and company-mandated standards.
- Provide expert coaching and mentorship to pilots across all stages of their training and operational flying careers.
- Collaborate with and support the broader training team, contributing to effective training delivery and standardization initiatives.
- Actively participate in the refinement of training programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within a dynamic, forward-thinking airline.
- Uphold and enhance Universal Air's robust safety culture through constructive feedback and proactive engagement with the Safety Management System (SMS).
Qualifications and Experience
- Current EASA TRI (DHC-8-400) qualification.
- Valid EASA ATPL with a DHC8 Type Rating.
- Minimum of 2500+ total flight hours.
- Minimum of 1000+ Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours.
- Demonstrated recent experience in line or simulator training.
- Comprehensive understanding of EASA Air Operations (Air OPS) and Part-FCL regulations.
- Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
