Responsibilities

Update instructional guides and reference materials.

Propose improvements to curriculum content, delivery, communication, and documentation.

Deliver training content, managing sessions from initiation to completion, including enrollment, roster management, and session closure.

Provide administrative and logistical support for training sessions.

Act as a subject matter expert for training content design, project implementation, and policy review.

Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS), including session management, participant enrollment, attendance, and assessments.

Provide technical and procedural support for training-related issues.

Ensure compliance with training requirements.

Prepare written summaries of training classes, including notes on individual student performance.

Draft communication plans and programs for key initiatives.

Manage participant communications, addressing enrollment and general course inquiries.
Requirements

At least one year of relevant work experience in Training, Facilitation, Ramp Services, or Operations.

Ability to travel up to 75% as needed.

Proven stakeholder management experience, including building relationships with operational leaders, safety teams, and cross-functional partners.

Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and translate them into effective training solutions for ramp operations.

Experience in curriculum design and development, including creating instructional materials and training programs.

Ability to stand for long periods.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

Successful completion of an interview is required to meet job qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications

Airline industry experience.
