This dynamic role involves ensuring passenger safety and comfort, providing excellent customer service, and managing cabin operations on a global, 24/7 schedule.

About the Role

• Perform safety-critical cabin duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Deliver food and beverage service.
• Execute emergency response procedures.
• Operate cabin equipment.
• Work a global 24/7 schedule.
• Complete a mandatory 6.5-week initial training program in Houston.
• Be assigned a base during training.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Minimum arm reach of 193 cm (76 inches).
• Proficiency in both English and German (reading, speaking, and communicating).
• Ability to swim.
• Must meet United, DOT, and FAA screening, travel, medical, and physical requirements.
• Tattoo Policy: Tattoos are not permitted on the head, hands, fingers, or neck, including the back of the neck and on, in, or behind the ear. Tattoos in these areas cannot be covered by makeup or bandages. Visible tattoos on arms, wrists, legs, and feet are permitted if no larger than a credit card or employee badge (3.5 inches by 2.24 inches), or if covered by standard uniform pieces. All visible tattoos must not be offensive.
