Initial 6.5-week training in Houston covers safety and service, leading to base assignment at a major United hub (e.g., Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Newark, San Francisco, Washington Dulles).

Legally authorized to work in the United States; 21 years or older at application.

Possess a valid passport (U.S. or foreign) with 12 months+ validity and two blank pages, held physically. Must be eligible for unrestricted global crew travel.

Willingness to work a flexible 24/7 schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Adherence to professional appearance standards: No visible tattoos on head, hands, fingers, neck (cannot be covered); arm/leg/wrist/foot tattoos must be credit card size or covered by uniform and non-offensive; no dental adornments.

Physical capability: stand, walk, kneel, bend, lift luggage, push/pull beverage carts (up to 250 lbs.), pass a functional reach assessment (combined 76" vertical/43.5" horizontal), and sit in a jump seat.

Willingness to serve/sell food and alcohol.

Successful completion of a water evacuation drill during training.

Ability to pass DOT drug screens (no marijuana), comprehensive 10-year background checks, fingerprinting, and FAA-compliant vision/hearing tests.
Qualifications

Minimum one year of customer service experience in service industries.

Fluent in spoken, written, and understood English for emergencies.
