Operational Requirements

Must be available for 24/7 global assignments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Must fulfill reserve assignments on short notice and be away from home base for multiple days at a time.

Must be capable of performing physical duties, including lifting heavy objects, pushing/pulling beverage carts (up to 250 lbs.), and reaching/stretching to operate equipment.

Must pass a functional reach assessment (76-inch vertical and 43.5-inch horizontal).

Must be able to sit in an assigned jump seat with harness fastened.

Must successfully complete a water-based evacuation drill during initial training.
Qualifications and Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.

High school diploma or GED required; two or more years of college preferred.

Minimum of one year of customer service experience in the service industry (e.g., retail, hospitality, education, etc.).

Fluent in English (speak, read, write, and understand).

Fluent in Hebrew (speak and read).
-
Must possess a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity remaining and two consecutive blank pages.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and eligible to travel globally without restriction.

Must pass a 10-year criminal background check, DOT/FAA drug screens (including random testing), and vision/hearing exams.

Adherence to uniform, hair, and tattoo/piercing guidelines (no tattoos permitted on head, hands, fingers, or neck; visible tattoos must meet specific size and content criteria).
Training and Compensation
Successful candidates will undergo 6.5 weeks of Initial Training in Houston, TX. During this period, trainees receive a $140/week stipend, dual-occupancy housing, and select meals. Upon graduation, trainees receive a $1,000 bonus.
Compensation:
Starting hourly pay is $28.88, scaling to $67.11. Seniority-based increases apply, along with additional compensation for language skills, lead positions, and international trips. This position is bonus eligible.
